Merged the PR. Noting that the wiki needs slight updates since the setup is a little simple and we should have a reminder to make sure that Ansible, Vagrant, and Virtualbox should be updated to the latest versions and that there are potentially permissions fixes that need to be done since Ansible installs were done with sudo in the previous setup and the new local setup doesn't use sudo.

Does Ansible need to be installed in the host environment at all since that bit is run inside the VM now?

@timwood yes ansible should be installed on the host:
brew install ansible
