Switch to speedtest engine

Describe wanted Enhancement !
Please consider switching the speedtest engine from speedtest-cli(?) to speedtest binairy:
https://www.speedtest.net/de/apps/cli

Why should we put effort in it ?
ookla speedtest gives much better results than speedtest-cli.

Additional context
I just don't know if the binairy can be shipped with the adapter. The license is not clear.
Maybe the user has to install it manually.

thanks, will check .... problem in generic is the cli part which must be installed so not integrated as NPM dependency.
But the current one is also outdated and not supported anymore so we need a change anyway, winter is coming....
