Enchancement: Make hat for Blaze Burner enchanter like librarian PNJ

It would be nice to add a texture in the same way as a conductor on the Create trains on the head of the Blaze Burner when it is in enchantment mode to recognize it more easily. The texture could resemble or be identical to that of the NPC librarian.
