Describe the Bug

Whenever launching a server that has this mod from a windows server instance, it will crash almost immediately. This includes both empty packs with nothing but Create and Create Enchantment Industry, AND large packs such as ATM9.

Because this is in popular modpacks, I know that this can work, and I've even had some success getting it to run on other systems, but It seems that any system I've tested running Windows Server 2019 fails.

Tested with multiple versions of Java, multiple versions of forge, and multiple versions of the mod. Even copied 1:1 all files and Java versions from a working device to Windows Server devices and continue to see the failure.

Normally I would immediately assume this is due to something outside the mod, but the crash log itself (attached) seems to indicate that there's a failure to find something within dragonlib.

Reproduction Steps

  1. add Create and Create Enchantment Industry into the mods folder of a working forge server
  2. Run server

Expected Result

Server launches correctly
