Mixer stops working after 1 or 2 operations

Describe the Bug

While mixing sugar, cocoa beans, and milk, on a heated blaze burner, at well over 30 rpm, the mixer would stop after 1 or 2 operations and only replacing the basin would allow another operation or 2 to be completed before needing to be replaced again.

Reproduction Steps

1. Playing on a pack with create, enchantment industry, goggles, crafts and additions, and stuff and additions
2. Set up a mixer with basin and milk being pumped in, cocoa beans and sugar being added a variety of methods.
3. Add a basin off to one side but one block down so liquid chocolate will be drained out.
4. Get rotational power to the whole thing and a blaze burner with fuel being added.

Expected Result

I would expect the machine to continously create liquid chocolate, it was doing so before I added CEI and started doing so again after uninstalling CEI.
