another problem with the sluice

so i was playing with a sponge like item and, placed it near a sluice, removing the water in front of the sluice and crash! :o !

i must add that the crash was client side only on a survival multiplayer environment :o

Interesting. Certainly never tried to do that myself. At least it was client only and not something that takes down the whole server

I have the same crash, but with a completely different set of mods. crashlog

Reproduction is easy:

1. Place four sluices next to water without placing the wooden side blocks.
2. Place all four wood blocks along one side only.
3. Place remaining 4 blocks along other side, starting with the block furthest from the source water block
4. Receive crash on placement.

If you place the side blocks down first, I don't receive a crash.

Oh clever. I am unfortunately not able to mess around with this....uh....any time soon, as my computer kicked the bucket and I haven't yet gotten a new one, and have little time outside work to do other things.
