Add shortcut key for searching in desktop versions

Summary

In all the three desktop versions (windows, linux & mac), if a search shortcut key exists, then the user would not have to manually click on the search button on the left side menu bar. The shortcut key will bring up the search bar in the scope of the screen (dashboard/library).

Basic Example

User presses Ctrl+K to bring up the search bar.
If the user is on the dashboard, then the scope of the search will be global i.e. across all libraries.
If the user is on the library screen, the scope of the search will be just in that library.
If the user is on a separate scree, the scope of the search will be global.

Drawbacks

None that I can think of.
