THIRDPARTY_CUSTOMERTYPE_BY_DEFAULT is not working on third-parties list page

Bug

When set " THIRDPARTY_CUSTOMERTYPE_BY_DEFAULT " to 1 , when you create a new third party that " Prospect / Customer " will be customer , but Vendor will be blank by default .
The Vendor should be NO .

Dolibarr Version

v18.0.5

Environment PHP

8.1.27

Environment Database

MySQL or MariaDB 10.3.39-MariaDB-0+deb10u2

Steps to reproduce the behavior and expected behavior

Create a new customer in third parties list or just click " New Third Party " .

@trekmorris Does your Dolibarr change that value there for you when you click New Third Party

Because it does not do that on my Tuxgasy 18.0.5 container.
and I do have it in Home, Setup, Other Setup ?

but it doesn't insert the preloeaded value for me, does it do that for you?

I set THIRDPARTY_CUSTOMERPROSPECT_BY_DEFAULT in other setup also .
And now i set default value in " Default values/filters/sorting " now temporarily
