robocopy 0x00000002 error #2

robocopy D:\\xxx \\192.168.50.193\backupdata19216850104\4c719e16-e006-4ee2-936a-c809d96602d4\data_01\\data_20240912171643 /MIR /COPY:DATS /DCOPY:DAT /ZB /MT:8 /R:2 /W:60 /X /V /FP /XA:SH

When running under a Windows service with the LocalSystem account, it reports Error 2 (0x00000002) while copying NTFS security to the destination file.
Running manually in an administrator command prompt works fine.
