No SD boot/login prompt, HDMI demo + usb terminal connected #3

Hello, sorry for this noob issue, but I do not get a root promt with my SD. It says

Initializing…
init:done
Zybo Z7-20 Rev. B Demo Image

And a neat pattern on the HDMI screen. No other message, especially no error message.
Any idea where I have borked?
