(Help) How to migrate data from HSQL to MySQL

What version of AdvancedBan (/AdvancedBan) are you using?
-> 2.3.0 (Latest)

What kind of server do you have (Bungeecord/single server)?
-> Bungeecord

What server version (/version) are you using?
-> Waterfall Build 1.19-515

Please provide the EXACT steps required to reproduce the problem...

1. Create MySQL(MariaDB) Server
2. Edit config.yml (Fill in the necessary information for the connection and set UseMySQL to True)
3. Restart Bungeecord Server

Any error/log post it through pastebin.com and link it here. (Also include /plugins/AdvancedBan/logs/latest.log)
No Errors :(

How do I migrate data from HyperSQL to MySQL?

There is no command that allows migration, and #220 said it could post the database automatically, but it has not been able to do so at all.
