VCF files and the source

Dear Kevin,

in order to detect Transposition, the following files are needed. But there are different VCF filese are needed.

Can we get these 3 filese from Sniffles2, or do need generate manually?

You can use PBSV or Sniffles.

I just checked PBSV and Sniffles, and both tools work for long read sequences, I have Illimina sequences.

What should I do in this case?
