Bill tracker as a component

This should be a epic history or a fork.
Bill tracker, could be the stand alone proyect. WIth the main dependecy could be bill-info. for 1 bill at time.

Mmm I follow. Maybe we should have a component called bill-renderer or topic-renderer that could be used both by bill-tracker and app (it would replace proposal-article).

bill-tracker would add the diff and discussion features on top of it. And that would keep the design coherent.
