Enhancement Description

We now have many example cases stored in the repository as jupyter notebook. Each case is using its own data files stored in src/examples/data.

As the number of examples is growing, we run the risk of exceeding the maximum storage capacity of the repository. Also, a repository is maybe not the right place to store data for these cases.

A bit of reorganization would be beneficial long term. I suggest:

  • Put all jupyter notebooks in a separate repository dedicated for examples, sandbox scripts or publication papers scripts
  • Put all the files and data on an online platform from which users can download from.
