Hi, did u find any solution? i have the same problem. They are recognized as wireless controller and they work separetely with steam big picture but can't work properly with betterjoy. |
Still the same problem. Anyone please help us. |
same prolbem. |
Me too, any fix to this? |
I have the same problem, mine are the ones with the built-in D-Pad, Circle shaped Plus, Minus and Square Capture and Home buttons. I've found that only WiinUPro works with them with the only downside being that the analog sticks still output digital inputs instead of analog. |
Describe the bug
Betterjoy not working with unofficial joy cons.
I have a third party split joy cons. I bought them here https://aliexpress.ru/item/1005003330384784.html , looks like they're unofficial
I've installed Betterjoy, connected both controllers to a PC. I installed HID Guardian and ViGEmBus.
Both controllers are connected but inactive. Their icons are grey, an emulated XBOX360 controller making no output
I added both of them with "Add controller" and now both are red and have "Duplicated timestamp". Same problem happenes in both "left/right joy con" and "switch pro" modes. Now it makes some weird output, like left stick is constantly pointed to the bottom right.
Expected behavior
To properly emulate an xinput device with unofficial joy cons
Controller (please complete the following information):
The "3rdPartyControllers" files have that data:
