Win32: Host access drive shows up named "T" on deskop #24

Hi,

Nice work!
When access to a host drive is enabled in the windows build, a "T" shows up as name of the disk where one would expect the disk to be called "My Computer".

This seems a bit beyond my current work, which involves updating the SDL-utilizing code to SDL2. I can make a note to try looking into it, though it might be a while.
