Describe what happened:
aws-dd-forwarder-3.121.0 was failing at Forwarder class while initiating TraceConnection which is actually utilizing an deprecated URL https://trace.agent.datadoghq.com

Describe what you expected:
Trace should be forwarded using datadog agent

Steps to reproduce the issue:
