Even with all code in one repository, it would make some sense to separate functionality into separate, inter-dependant rocks which can be used as a bundle or independently.

Possible new repository structure:

  • rockspec folder for rockspecs
  • separate rock releases with new tag nomenclature "rock-v.v.v"
  • possible stable branch that can stay a few versions behind and get more testing
