embpack causes possible flickering?

I extracted an emb, combined the DDS in one file, then repacked it. When put in game a weird flickering occurs, but it changes as I move the camera. The flickering isn't even from my texture because it's the same even when I convert a blank DDS. Also, it causes the flickering on the whole body even though my texture just changes the bust of one piece of clothing.
