Do something useful in memory of Andreas Mandalka/ Natenom

Andreas Mandalka, better known as natenom — an untiring proponent of road safety who was killed this week while riding his bicycle on a road for which he had meticulously documented how ruthlessly some car drivers behave in the presence of cyclists.

I only knew him through online channels but have been touched by this event.

In response, while I am still grappling with details of the situation, I am trying to do something useful. I thus

• started a Wikidata item for him.
• joined the organization OpenBikeSensor e.V. that he had helped found.
• tried to archive his website via the Internet Archive but this failed (I pinged them).
