Reprocess capacity: algorithmic flagging of records for reprocessing candidacy (e.g. unable to load, empty, source-set/file-system inconsistency, raw-data/processed-data inconsistency)
Null models: expected likelihood of result (word x amongst corpus, agency shuffle, etc)
