Allow servers to add admins, who would be able to transfer to any point from any server, as well as have an admin mode to allow admins to save their gear to the API and then spawn as a fresh spawn/admin with admin clothes and then load back to there character when done

Allow for forced admin mode for servers who wish to ensure any players who are admins to always spawn as admins
Allow for Volunteer admins who only trigger admin mod when they wish to
