manual installation failed! #74

Hi,

I tried to manual install following https://daehwankimlab.github.io/hisat-genotype/manual/. But apparently there is no makefile in the folder.

(/yc790/condaEnv/py37) [yc790@amarel2 hisatgenotype]$  make
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop.

Please help!
