派生表别名, 列别名收集不到 #160

太赞了👍🏻！别名这个特性真的太常用了。

另外我有几个疑惑：

目前monaco-sql-languages也集成了收集别名新特性吗。
当as关键字省略的时候也可以收集到别名吗。
列别名，表别名和派生表别名都能够收集到吗。
