In the Model Explorer, the structure is displayed flat on each level. If the model is small, I don't see this as a problem, but if it gets a bit bigger, it is very confusing (of course, you can use the filter, but then you have to have a rough idea of what you are looking for). I think it would be good if the Model Explorer could also follow the tree structure of the model.
