Debris Mesh assets such as ones under /GameElements/Resources/Veins will not work if edited due to them missing the attachment data. They are supposed to generate on carved materials to give them 3D looks for veins like Morkite, otherwise they are smooth. So for instance DBR_Morkite is missing TM_Generic_Morkite as it's Attach To Material.
Debris Actor Data assets were and or are missing attach to type assets, the majority are supposed to use TTP_Rock. These are mostly prefixed with DBA and are used for biomes.
