Pretty much every single large gem under GameElements/Resources/Embedded is using the Aquarq (Gem02?) static mesh, (GemBase?) material on it which is like a purple color which is wrong and needs to be updated to the correct models and material indices. The box collision is using the base gem bounds and is incorrect for some things like Alien Eggs and Enor Pearls. The linear & angular damping, mass in kg is incorrect from what I recall. The scale of the static mesh is incorrect as well, I believe it was larger than normal. The resource type is missing from the class defaults and I believe the point lights have the wrong coloration.
Take this with a grain of salt as it has been a while since I checked these assets as I always replace them with my fixed ones.
