This Docker isn't really maintained/official, and I'm not sure if it ever worked. If you're looking for a way to automate setup (that you could likely adapt to Docker), check out https://github.com/Xyene/dmoj-env (based off of https://github.com/Minkov/dmoj-env and again, unsupported/unofficial, but I use it regularly so it tends to work).
