The dlopen of fftw is ugly, we do not need that in opensource plugins.
But it is best to not make all plugins link to fftw, only those that need it.
This will need some meson tweaks like done for devices/alsa.

For future nix readers, fftwf is packaged as fftwFloat in nixpkgs.
