Incentive Server Issue

What does this mean?

Your incentive server isnt sponsoring any stores. I dont remember adding that log though...perhaps it was left during debug. If your not sponsoring a store you shouldnt see much from this server.

That storeid is for the DIG Network Documentation. So I guess I'm wondering if I have a problem with my webserver or if incentives for this store have been temporarily disabled. I haven't received any incentives for 6 hours despite having the webserver up and operational. If this is a problem with my server and you have any guidance on how to resolve it, that would be much appreciated 👍

@MichaelTaylor3D I'm still receiving this "Program inactive" message for the DIG Network Documentation store and I haven't received incentives for almost 24 hours - so I believe something is wrong (logs below). Just need some guidance on how to resolve it. I seem to be syncing the store just fine, not sure what happened to make me ineligible for rewards.

Are you receiving incentives now? I was having issues where every night i went to sleep id wake up and the incentive payouts were frozen. I believe i fixed the issue this morning.

Were the "Program inactive" log entries node-side errors? I'm pretty sure I synced my new-wallet mnemonic properly: because there were two small spends for the (currently) two datastores. But my incentive logs look like this:

After MT X posted about an update about 30min ago... and I did "docker compose pull" (and restart)... I am seeing my first payouts. Looks like it's fixed!

I have some logging that's left over from debugging that I need to clean up. That log is just saying that you aren't sponsoring any stores. If you just hosting you can ignore it. Sorry for the confusion.
