[BUG]: Graphs of parameters post-calibration look the same for parameters with different values #6191

Describe the bug
From Zach (MITRE): I found this bug when calibrating one of my models. These two parameters have different values before/after calibration (one is .10, one is .11) yet the bar graph looks exactly the same for both of them. The graph would make you think they're both .11 but they're not. Can the graphs be amended to show values of the parameters better?
