This issue is to attempt to ingest all of MIRA's documentation into the GPT-4 context to enable a user to have AI assisted MIRA code generation support when performing modeling operations.

The concrete goal is to do this for MIRA, but ideally this solves for doing this in general--how to add LLM support for arbitrary libraries within Beaker.

This should include being able to load configurations and edit them
