Improve support of device managed objects

At the moment, the owner of the managed object is changed from the device user to the migrating user. This is problematic as the device can now no longer access the managed object. Potential solutions:

• Document device migration approach to be executed prior to running the migration tool
• Support migration while retaining ownership (difficult as device credentials would need to be migrated, too)
