Disqus commenting cannot bin comments by blog post (categorizes it as unknown)

With debugging I confirm that the hash page_id is passed to amp.html properly. So it's that somehow the embed.js cannot see or access the disqus_config global variable. I start to suspect that some security policy in my content header (_header) may prevent that?
