Install the SDK into a .NET web project and host it in IIS, stop the IIS server, start it, etc and see the results of the operating system information that is being stored in cache.

Installed .NET 8 hosting bundle, needed to restart so will address later.

This crashes on my local PC because the SSL cert its not trusted for the Docker API to the IIS Server. I haven't quite figured out how to get the certificate trusted.
