Since pistachio/bluetooth driver is not upstreamed, we might want to cleanup pistachio-bt and hostport related patches and squash into logical group. All the fixup related patches can be squashed.

0008-pistachio-bt-add-img-bt-and-img-hostport-driver.patch
0017-pistachio-bt-img-hostport-multi-endpoint-support.patch
0018-pistachio-bt-no-hotplugging-support-needed.patch
0020-pistachio-bt-fixes.patch
0043-pistachio-bt-some-fixes-and-additions.patch
0117-Bluetooth-hci_ldisc-Fix-null-pointer-derefence-in-ca.patch

0022-pistachio-hostport-add-example-client.patch
0028-pistachio-update-hostport.patch

Ci40 doesn't have the frontend needed to support BT directly from the SoC hence we have the CSR chip on-board. So no need for support any of the pistachio BT.
