Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have to manually backup my database everytime.
I would like to see an option for automatic backup of my database everytime I press "I took my med" and if it's even possible Cloud support.
If I lose my device or bricked it, I will lose the database that's why I need the automatic cloud support.
