We will have links to CSR files.
We need data and metadata of those files to be able to get diffs.

Input:
link to CSR document online (https://bank.com/CSR_doc_final.pdf)

Parses metadata and transforms document to fit our bank metadata structure #9

Outputs:
metadata + file and saves it in a location.
