This is extremely comprehensive and looks really good. There are a few feedback items that I found, but nothing major:

Line done not make sense

1. This line does not make sense, should it be the following?
   Activities: Each selected activity will be created and used to perform the analysis.
   

2. This line does not make sense. Should it be:
   By checking this, the user will be able add an activity mask.
   

Shapefile is one word

Inconsistency with capital letters

1. These should either all start with a capital or none with a capital:
   Style Pixel Value Editor or style pixel value editor
   

2. The capital letters used are inconsistent. Either they should all be upper case or lower case
   

3. These inconsistencies between the upper and lower case are throughout the document, please can you check the whole document and fix.

I would suggest using upper case for all first letters in bold text as it has been used most often. Do the same for any headings.
