When running python manage.py list and there are no djelm apps we get the following output.

Here are all the djelm apps I found:

Not super helpful!

Would be nice to have a lovely message that tells the user there were no djelm apps that could be found and instructions on how to create one.

Better to be annoyingly helpful than not helpful at all!
