Currently all widgets live inside of the django-elm repository and no one can in fact create their own official widget.

It would be pretty awesome to open up widget building to third parties, and djelm could just install and use them.
Djelm could bootstrap a template for widget building much like a cookiecutter, or infact, exactly like a cookieicutter!
