From a RSNT meeting :

Charles: proposal for more rigorous workflow on build-node with review.
Bart: CSCS can serve as inspiration (they use Jenkins) https://users.ugent.be/~kehoste/eum20/eum20_11_luca_cscs.pdf
Charles will have a look at the CI and come back with a more detailed proposal.
Maxime is opposed to a PR/review process for current lack of human bandwidth, but auto CI is fine.
