Let's release!

This package has had some large changes since its last release almost a year ago.

I think we should:

• Bump dependencies
  Why not? 😉
• Upgrade / fix the demo project to include the new features
  So we can close these:
  • Regression in demo site  #33
  • Update the demo #18
  • AgGrid.fsproj file reference package files from inside demo. Is this correct? #15
• Review / fix the release process to make sure it will do the right thing
  So we can close this:
  • Make publish workflow add Git tag #29
• Do a fresh release
  So these additions / changes go out:
  • Add enterprise features #34
  • Fable library guidelines #37
    And we can close this:
  • Implement Fable library guidelines #36

I actually need some of these features on a project, so let's try to get this done this Friday. Perhaps we should do a quick release without upgrading the demo first?

done an intermediate release 1.0.2 for now, let's get a new release with updated demo + packages out soon!
