[Feature] WinUI, DataGrid - Add x:bind support

Back in 2018 it was stated that x:Bind will not be supported for DataGridTextColumn (and the other column definitions) in V1 of the DataGrid (see issue #2112). Although I'm using DataGrid the first time, it is already annoying to use Binding in this particular case.

Are there any plans to work on a feature like this?

I don't know what a good solution for this would be. If someone can figure out a good solution, they could open a PR against the old bug.

Otherwise it's probably best to state this requirement on the WinUI tracking issue here: microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml#1500
