CommunityToolkit.Mvvm vs Microsoft.Toolkit.Mvvm. What to use?

Hi!
It looks like CommunityToolkit.Mvvm and Microsoft.Toolkit.Mvvm is basically the same package and contain the same functionality.
They come from these repos:

• https://github.com/CommunityToolkit/WindowsCommunityToolkit
• https://github.com/CommunityToolkit/dotnet
  Is it any notable difference in these packages? Is one preferred over the other? Why do both these packages exist?
