Where does this fit into the rover. Specific Team, and application on the team.
We need to eventually simulate the rovers autonomous, and arm control so that we can work on it before we have a moving and complete rover.
Describe the problem clearly
This does not have to be a very complex simulation we just need to be able to read in our vital sensors, Depth, GPS, etc. And be able to control a 4 simulated motors on a body that roughly resembles a complete rover.
Describe initial ideas on how to approach
There are numerous solutions to this out there a good place to start is "ROS-2 Simulation" in google. Watch some videos get an idea of the differences between each software out there for this. Report back here so we can start laying out the pros and cons and potential issues.
