Could anyone kindly share the inference time of this inplementation and the corresponding gpu used? Thanks a lot!

25.5 ms/image for 1080Ti with input size (512, 1024)

I use the pretrained model_final_v2_city.pth , demo.py with input size (512, 1024), the inference time is 1300ms ！！！ why ?
