In order to incentivize developers on contributing and service providers to host backend services, it would be cool to have a fully-customizable fees; in terms of amount to pay and address to send to. It could/should default to lift-wallet treasury address for donations :)

Maybe this should be a per-wallet setting and, have the possibility to send to different addresses in a weighted style?
