Duplicate Dojos are being created out of a single lead

During the investigation of a blocked lead, we stumbled upon the case of multiple Dojos being generated from a single lead. While most of them were old (~2017), we have a case for a duplicate dojo in March.
Duplicate dojos for a single lead will lead to inconsistencies in checking current leads status as well as references between dojos & leads (such as the "verification process view for CDF")
This needs to be investigated and the data cleaned up.
