Change formatting of response text #36

Include bus and stop number in response text, and round up because people don't really care about how exact the bus comes:

"Arrives at 1.55 mins, 2.55 mins. 21.55 mins"
should be
"Bus 14 should arrive at Stop #XXXX in less than 2 minutes, 3 minutes and 22 minutes."
